Sawtooth Mountain Guides reserves the right to cancel a trip due to lack of enrollment or other factors beyond our control and is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, lodging and other travel related expenses. A 50% deposit is required to confirm participation in all SMG programs. 15 days prior to the start of the activity the full balance and 6% Idaho Sales Tax is due. Balance due does not include gratuities to your guide(s).

• Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, cash or check.
• For cancellations made prior to 15 days before the start of the activity, we will credit the deposit toward another SMG activity during the calendar year.
• For cancellations made after 15 days before the start of the trip no refunds or credits will be given.
• For the Williams Peak Yurt no credits or refunds will be given for cancellations at any time and rental parties are responsible for full payment unless we are able to rebook the yurt. In this case we will refund the minimum nightly hut rental rate per each night reserved less a $50 office fee.

Note: Some guided climbs have a maximum guide to client ratio of 1:2. Special fees may be applied for portering, large groups, or trips with custom arrangements.
